We are in the building every day from 9:00 to 12:00 and outside of these hours, you can still reach us by email or phone.
Check-In & Check-Out Hours
As we are not always present at the B&B, check-in takes place by appointment between the hours of 11:00 and 19:00 or alternatively, we can provide a code to open the front door and complete the formal check-in the next day.
Please tell us your arrival time at least one day in advance by phone or by email.
Cancellation Policy and Changes
Cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail email@example.com or by fax at +39 055 747 1727. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made in less than 5 days prior to arrival we will charge the cost of one night.
For bookings of 6 nights or more and/or 3 rooms or more, cancellations and changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to arrival. In the case of a no-show (not showing up without notice), the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Request for cancellation on the day of arrival will result in full payment of the booking.
On holiday weekends, during Easter, Christmas and New Year's and during Pitti Uomo (mid-January and mid-June), it is recommended to inquire regarding the minimum period of stay.
Children and Extra Beds
All children under 8 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed.
For children younger than 2 years, you can request a crib (max 1 crib per room).
Wi-fi is available in the entire building and is free of charge.
Luggage Storage, Non-Smoking Public and Private Spaces, Tour Desk, Fax/Photocopying.
Reservations must always be confirmed via email from Cimarosa Harmony.
